Renovations

We carry out weld deposits by means of various methods (WIG/TIG, MIG/MAG, powder weld deposit, metallization – so called cold spray application). We carry out the majority of these operations on welding turning lathe – during rotation.

We use a broad spectrum of materials always according to customer's requirements for final properties of a weld deposit from simple completion of material in a worn-out place up to sophisticated applications of a combined stress. E.g. corrosion/abrasion, heat stress/abrasion, creation of so called composite coatings by means of hot-dip spray application and many others.

We also top-dress in such a way built coatings further. In addition to these activities we carry out snagging or also final machining, including grinding.

Our specialization are especially applications for air-blast machines, for which we ensure component renovation if it is possible. In some cases even better properties and longer lifetime can be reached compared to ones that a component had originally. We make use of this experience also during production of new parts for air blast machines.
